1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files a website places in a browser. Local storage is a browser feature that saves small pieces of information on the device. Both may persist after the browser closes.
2. Account and necessary cookies
Memberstack may set cookies or similar storage to sign adults in, protect account sessions, remember membership access, and support checkout. Blocking these items may prevent login or Library access.
3. RPA browser storage
RPA may store the child’s first name, selected reading stage, chosen date, and activity completion marks on the family’s device. Examples include keys such as rpa-child-name, rpa-stage-v3, and activity completion keys. This helps the path feel continuous without creating a detailed child profile on RPA’s servers.
4. Public-site analytics
Google Analytics may set cookies on public, grown-up-facing pages such as the homepage and Reading Check. It helps us understand visits, referrals, device types, and whether pages work. Google Analytics is not intentionally loaded on child-facing lesson and practice pages.
5. Third-party services
Memberstack, its payment services, Google Analytics, Flodesk, Vercel, and Google Fonts may use cookies or process standard web-request information under their own policies.
6. Managing cookies and storage
You can block or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, reset a child’s saved name or stage, and remove completion marks. Browser controls may also limit Google Analytics.
