1. Acceptance
These Terms govern use of Read. Play. Atelier., operated by Ms. Ashley Reading Coach. By using RPA or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
RPA provides literacy lessons, reading tools, printable resources, family guidance, and membership access. Content is educational and informational. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, or clinical diagnosis and does not replace an individualized evaluation by a qualified professional.
3. Accounts and children
Adults are responsible for account information, passwords, payments, and activity under the account. Children may use RPA only with the involvement and supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Do not ask a child to create an account or submit private information.
4. Memberships and billing
Monthly memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally create a refund for time already provided. One-time access is charged once for the access described at purchase. Prices and plan features may change for future purchases with reasonable notice.
If a payment was made in error or access does not work, contact us promptly. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
5. Family-use license
RPA grants the purchasing family a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased or member content for that household’s educational use. Teachers and organizations need written permission or a plan that expressly includes classroom use.
6. What you may not do
- Share login access outside the authorized household or organization.
- Resell, publicly post, redistribute, or upload RPA lessons and printables to shared drives or marketplaces.
- Copy RPA branding, stories, illustrations, tools, or course structure to create a competing product.
- Scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or misuse the website.
- Use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms children or others.
7. Intellectual property
RPA’s website, lesson design, text, tools, stories, illustrations, trademarks, and downloadable resources are owned by Ms. Ashley Reading Coach or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep RPA available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting, account providers, payment systems, internet failures, or events outside our control. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while honoring applicable legal obligations.
9. Educational results and liability
Every child has a different reading story. RPA does not promise a specific score, grade, diagnosis, or learning outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RPA is provided “as is” and liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Any total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim, except where law does not allow that limit.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for nonpayment, account sharing, misuse, security risk, infringement, or violation of these Terms. An adult may stop using RPA or cancel a renewing membership at any time.
11. Louisiana law
These Terms are governed by Louisiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith by email. Any proceeding that must be brought in court will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Louisiana, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as RPA grows. Material changes will be posted with a new date and communicated when legally required. Questions may be sent to msashleyreadingcoach@gmail.com.
